Supply Chain and Logistics Management Trainee - Warehouse
As a Logistics Trainee you will be part of a winning team that inspires the next chapter of growth.
Responsibilities- Proactively improve our service promise to customers, focusing on shared objectives.
- Learn top‑tier technologies, drive purposeful innovation and continuous improvement in warehousing operations.
- Participate in selection, loading/unloading of trailers, cross‑docking, and customer service operations.
- Plan work assignments to ensure effective use of warehouse equipment.
- Lead a small group of hourly associates upon graduation from the program.
- Ensure associates are motivated, trained, and competent and understand how their work relates to customer business objectives.
- Foster a safe work environment by complying with established safety procedures.
- Resolve operational issues and monitor day‑to‑day operations for compliance.
- Develop deep knowledge of the site’s operating systems and implement Lean processes.
- Apply principles of inventory management, receiving, storage, and shipping in a warehouse environment.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science/Analytics or related field.
- Demonstrated leadership through school, community, clubs, organizations, or the military.
- Authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship not available).
- Internship or related work experience in a customer‑facing role preferred.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn and navigate various technology platforms.
- Commitment to learning, feedback, and self‑development.
- High level of commitment to operations and job responsibilities.
- Results‑oriented with attention to detail and strong time‑management skills.
- Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function.
- Willingness to travel as necessary and relocate based on business needs.
- Program duration: 9–12 months, starting on the first of the month.
- Requires daily commute to "city, state" (open to relocation after completion).
- Fast track to leadership career after graduation.
- Pay: $25.00 per hour (average annual $55,000 including overtime).
- Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance beginning the month after hire.
- 401(k) plan – eligible after 90 days.

- Must stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift or move up to 25 lbs. (12 kg).
