Field Instruments – Field Service Coordinator
Field Instruments & Controls Inc., a manufacturer’s representative partner of Endress+Hauser Inc., is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join their team in Ridgefield, WA. The Field Service Coordinator serves as the primary support for Field Service personnel by acting as the main client contact for initiating and coordinating field service calls in collaboration with the network and sales teams. Oversee the acquisition, shipment, and tracking of necessary parts and tooling for field operations, along with managing purchase orders and invoicing to ensure seamless service delivery and operational efficiency.
Whattasks will you perform?
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of field service visits, including personnel, tools, parts, and equipment required for successful execution.
- Analyze contribution margins on orders before invoicing to ensure they meet acceptable standards.
- Evaluate and input customer terms and conditions, including completing safety requirement questionnaires.
- Maintain the Service Backlog to ensure efficient workflow.
- Address and resolve issues related to scheduling, pricing, report inaccuracies, invoice discrepancies, pricing disputes, credits, and more.
- Manage documentation expectations, ensuring timely reporting and invoicing.
- Generate cost estimates for projects based on scope and discussions with clients and engineers.
- Associate’s degree in a Business or Technical field OR 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Travel required:
up to 10%.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, Learning Management System (LMS), and other business-related software.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
