• Work closely with the branches to identify a sales pipeline for top prospects.
• Develop a sales strategy with a multi-tier account plan to meet profitability objectives.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of customer contracting, business/market sectors, organisational structures and key stakeholders.
• Identify cost savings to improve operating profit through cost/benefit analysis and monitor budgetary processes.
• Establish strategies to focus branch attention on the client while championing new ideas.
• Prepare and present complex tenders.

• Proven experience of senior sales/account management within a service-led environment.
• Proven experience of executing multi-geography client sales.
• Excellent ability to work in a corporate environment.
• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present ideas accurately and effectively, both written and orally.
• Strong management skills with regards to planning and budgetary information.
