Nanny

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Nanny/Household Assistant. Our home includes two adults and two young children (ages 2 and
6), and we value efficiency, organization, and a proactive mindset. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing childcare with household management responsibilities and has a passion for helping families stay organized and stress-free.

• Provide safe, attentive, and nurturing care for two children.
• Engage children in age-appropriate play, learning activities, and outings.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children.
• Assist with school preparation/homework, bus drop-off/pick-up, and after-school routines.

• Maintain household organization and cleanliness in kids’ spaces and all shared areas.
• Perform housekeeping related to the family: laundry (only for children), dishes, tidying, wiping down the kitchen/dining table.
• Complete weekly meal prep for the family.
• Handle trash and recycling.

• Previous experience as a personal assistant, household manager, or nanny preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude, and reliability.
• Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
• Comfortable with children and capable of creating a nurturing, structured environment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• A bachelor's degree is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification and a background in early childhood care.

We are a warm and loving family with kids who are curious, creative, and full of energy! Our children love arts and crafts, creative and pretend play, reading books, and exploring the world around them. They especially enjoy activities like rock painting, building forts, playing in the backyard, and coming up with imaginative games together.

We are fortunate to have many beautiful parks and playgrounds within walking distance of our home, and the kids enjoy trips to the park to play, explore, and burn off energy. We also enjoy family time at home—reading together, doing crafts, and encouraging creativity and learning in everyday activities.

We’re looking for someone who will not only care for our children but also engage with them in their favorite activities, help nurture their love of learning and creativity, and join in on the fun of exploring both indoors and outdoors.

$22 - $25 hourly
