Overview of the Position:
Some ownership of individual customers and subject to revenue goals associated with those customers. Assist the sales and operations teams in support of a global customer base. Work to ensure that repair and sale orders are completed within company standards to ensure an exceptional customer experience by performing essential duties.

• Work with the sales team to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, data research, proposal development, and sales quotes via phone and email.
• Enter repair and sales order data into the company database.
• Organize and file customer work orders, sales orders, and invoices. Enter airway bills and customer and/or vendor quotes into the database and/or track customer shipments.
• Research and update part pricing database through vendor quotes.
• Other duties that may be assigned.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ equivalent office work experience.
• Experience in managing customer accounts and working knowledge of customer support and exceptional service.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour. The actual pay rate will depend on the person’s qualifications and experience.
