You will be responsible for the following:

• Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
• Help create a positive, reassuring experience for children and parents
• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and follow infection control protocols
• Take and process dental X‑rays
• Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post‑treatment care
• Collaborate with a supportive, team‑oriented clinical staff
• (If ortho‑experienced) Assist with orthodontic procedures at our partnered ortho practice

You will be required to possess the following:

• Active Washington State Dental Assistant license (required)
• Hands‑on pediatric dental assisting experience
• Strong chairside skills and excellent patient communication
• Comfortable working in a busy pediatric environment
• Orthodontic experience preferred (opens the door to full‑time hours)
• Reliable, positive, and team‑focused mindset
