MUST:
The Accountant must have the following experience:
4+ years of experience as an Accountant
Expert with Sage and Excel
Experience overseeing ledgers and creating financial reports and statements as well as profitability analyses
Creating budgets, and forecasts and experience with variance analyses
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Experienced with KPI s
Supporting tax filings as well as audits
Accounts Payable and payroll experience
Payroll experience
Handling reconciliations
Journal Entries
Month end and year end close
Must be a CPA and have a Bachelor s Degree in Accounting

DUTIES:
The Duties of the Accountant include but are not limited to the following:
Manage payroll, journal entries, accounts payable, month end and year end closings and reconciliations
Review general ledgers, financial statements, and reporting systems to ensure compliance
Create and maintain financial reports, variance analyses, budgets and KPI s
Utilize Quick Books and Excel
Review profitability
Maintain detailed documentation for transactions and confirm proper internal controls
Work with external accountants for tax filings and audits
Review and manage payroll
