Pay From: $45 per hour

• 4+ years of experience as an Accountant firef model
• Expert with Sage and Excel
• Experience overseeing ledgers and creating financial reports and statements as well as profitability analyses
• Creating budgets, forecasts, and experience with variance analyses
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Experienced with KPI's
• Supporting tax filings as well as audits
• Accounts Payable and payroll experience
• Payroll experience
• Handling reconciliations
• Journal Entries
• Month end and year end close
• Must be a CPA and have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

• Manage payroll, journal entries, accounts payable, month end and year end closings and reconciliations
• Review general ledgers, financial statements, and reporting systems to ensure compliance
• Create and maintain financial reports, variance analyses, budgets and KPI's
• Utilize Quick Books and Excel
• Review profitability
• Maintain detailed documentation for transactions and confirm proper internal controls
• Work with external accountants for tax filings and audits
• Review and manage payroll
• Handle any other duties as required
