• Overseeing all accounting operations, including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, cost accounting, and payroll
• Leading month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Preparing financial statements and reports for leadership
• Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
• Supporting audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to improve financial systems and processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting role
• Strong understanding of construction accounting and job costing
• Percentage‑of‑completion revenue recognition
• Bonding
• AIA billing
• Proficiency with construction accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
