Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Generate invoices for memberships, trainings, conferences, subscriptions, and related services

• Process and post credit card, check, and wire payments

• Perform daily remote bank deposits and payment processing

• Process refunds, adjustments, and account transactions

• Support conference registration activities and membership accounting functions

• Respond to member and customer inquiries regarding billing and payments

Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred;
Associate's degree with relevant experience considered

• 3-5+ years of accounting or accounts receivable experience

• Experience with invoicing, cash applications, payment posting, and reconciliations

• Basic to intermediate Excel skills required

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
