Salary: $60,000 - $62,000

- Research and reconcile undeposited funds transactions
- Review invoices for accuracy and issuance
- Investigate and resolve accounts receivable discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely billing and payment processing
- Complete ad hoc tasks & projects as requested
- 3+ years of Accounts Receivable experience required
- Sage Intacct / Maxio experience is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
