• Office administration experience, medical billing, legal administration or similar background
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a high-volume environment
• Comfortable working with numbers, data entry, and transactional processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Collaborative, positive, adaptable, and open to change
