Bookkeeper/ Accounting Clerk, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
Collect, check and organise invoices, receipts, outlet sales reports and other supporting documents.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate administrative records for the Accounts department.
Assist in preparing payment listings and supporting documents for approval.
Track supplier invoices and payment status, and follow up on missing documents.
Compile and submit accounting documents to the outsourced accounting firm on time.
Liaise with outlet managers, suppliers and the outsourced accounting firm to clarify transactions and obtain supporting information.
Maintain proper filing of physical and electronic documents.
Perform other accounts administrative duties as assigned.
Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Organised, detail-oriented and responsible.
Able to communicate and follow up effectively with internal teams and external parties.
Prior accounts administration experience is an advantage. Entry-level candidates are welcome.
