• You are a strong technical writer and enjoy preparing memoranda, tax analyses, and opinion-related work products
• You have strong technical skills including the use of spreadsheets, smart sheets and other technical tax tools
• You enjoy researching new and evolving tax authorities and explaining complicated concepts to others
