Jefferson is seeking a Project Management Office Administrative Support to support the Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC).

This role will be Onsite at the Thurgood Marshall Federal Judiciary Building in Washington, D.C., 9am a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The annual salary range is negotiable. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

Responsibilities:

* Provide essential administrative, analytical, and coordination support to the AOUSC's Administrative Systems Office (ASO) and Department of Administrative Services (DAS).

* Support project teams, Project Managers, and Implementation Managers with regular and ad-hoc support to deliver projects efficiently and in compliance with AO standards.

* Perform project tracking, documentation, meeting coordination, reporting, and process improvement support across multiple concurrent projects and initiatives.

* Draft, edit, and format project documentation.

* Provide business and technical coordination including requirements gathering, testing support, help desk reporting activities, and incident tracking.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

* Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

* Proven experience in administrative coordination for technical or IT-related projects.

* Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
