Client Coordinator
Location:
100% Remote (must reside in the U.S.)
Work Hours:
Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm (flexible start between 7–9am)
Contract-to-Hire: 4 months
Position OverviewThe Client Coordinator supports the Independent Medical Review (IMR) process by receiving case information from clients, logging and processing data, and ensuring accurate entry into internal systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort handling sensitive medical information, and the ability to work efficiently in a remote team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Receive incoming case information from clients and accurately log details into internal systems.
- Extract data from forms and enter it into Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Process cases through the next workflow stage with accuracy and timeliness.
- Handle sensitive medical information in compliance with HIPAA expectations.
- Take occasional inbound calls related to case updates or clarifications.
- Create PDFs, draft emails, and manage digital documentation.
- Support team members by assisting with caseload coverage when needed.
- Data entry experience with high accuracy.
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Word and Excel.
- Ability to create PDFs, insert tables, and perform basic formatting.
- Understanding of HIPAA and handling confidential medical information.
- Strong reliability, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working fully remote with reliable high‑speed internet (20+ Mbps).
- Must use personal computer; client provides phone access.
- Fully remote, collaborative team environment.
- Must have private, secure workspace (no public Wi‑Fi).
- Expected to support team workload and step in when colleagues are out.
