This is a full-time position with the Chambers of a Justice at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Closing Date:

Five years of executive administrative experience required; direct support of a principal preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to establish and follow the priority of assignments and to produce quality work under time constraints essential. Excellent organizational skills, the ability to respond to requests on short notice and manage multiple tasks under stringent deadlines is essential. Flexibility to work extended hours is strongly preferred.
Experience performing advanced research, and ability to analyze, organize and maintain the assembly of documents (including confidential documents) within established deadlines required. Must possess the ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment. Supervisory experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
