Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Office Administrator to manage front office operations and provide day-to-day administrative support. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for visitors while ensuring the office runs efficiently and smoothly. The ideal candidate is polished, proactive, and comfortable supporting senior stakeholders in a high-touch environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting and assisting visitors and guests
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and working luncheons, including room setup and catering logistics
- Order office supplies and maintain shared spaces such as kitchens and conference rooms
- Support daily office operations, including light financial tasks such as deposits and reconciliations
- Partner with leadership and client-facing teams on ad hoc administrative needs
- Ensure discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
- Anticipate office needs and proactively address operational issues
- 4–5 years of experience in office administration or office coordination
- Background supporting executives or senior leadership preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Professional demeanor with a “no task too small” mindset
- Ability to remain composed and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Fully onsite role in Washington, DC
- Standard 40-hour workweek with occasional overtime for events or special meetings (advance notice provided)
