Real Estate Office Manager
Habitat America, a regionally based property management company, seeks an experienced and professional Assistant Manager for a full time position for Channel Square Apartments. Channel is located in SW Washington, DC and in close proximity to the Waterfront Metro stop.
Qualified applicants are highly motivated, energetic with a positive, "can do" attitude. Qualified candidates should have Tax Credit housing experience and/or voucher experience, be sales oriented and willing to provide excellent customer service. 2+ years of previous property management experience in a similar leasing role required. This position would be responsible for reception, customer service, office phone/file/etc, and other office duties.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
