Office Manager
Full‑time
Monday – Friday: 8 am – 5 pm
Pay: $31 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Greet all guests and create a warm welcoming experience.
  • Oversee the appearance of the reception and conference rooms, ensuring they are presentable and ready for visitors, vendors, and VIP guests.
  • Manage guest security badges; document check‑out and check‑in, and deactivate badges or fobs when lost.
  • Act as the primary contact for building‑related issues and submit service request tickets with Building Maintenance (e.g., HVAC/climate control requests, spills, structural damage).
  • Stock and tidy kitchen pantries and office supplies.
  • Schedule, vet, and communicate with hospitality vendors to procure services such as catering, hotel reservations, parking, event planning, and breakout rooms.
  • Schedule, vet, and communicate with facilities vendors to procure services such as appliance repair, office space issues, and property management.
  • Provide administrative support on various Excel‑related projects.
  • Manage multiple documents for projects from multiple vendors.

  • Read documents in detail and comprehend what is written.
  • Multitask for event execution.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare USPS mail and Accountable Express packages for outbound shipment.

Skills and Educational Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer‑service skills.
  • Effective communication with all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
