What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify and prioritize global sales opportunities
  • Educate Sales and Marketing teams on service capabilities and development
  • Manage sales pipelines and provide updates on revenue targets
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 4–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role, preferably in healthcare, clinical trials, or logistics
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in financial analysis and report preparation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create high-quality presentations and reports
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience working in a global or matrixed environment
  • Familiarity with clinical trial operations, healthcare services, or 3PL operations
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
