Executive Director, Commercial Operations responsible for building and leading all commercial functions for a first-in-class oncology treatment targeting p53 mutations, supporting product launch and growth.
Responsibilities- develop and execute commercial strategy
- establish operating model, governance, and planning processes
- oversee launch readiness, including cross-functional coordination
- lead forecasting, analytics, and market insights
- optimize sales force structure, CRM, and field effectiveness
- manage commercial infrastructure, vendor relationships, and compliance
- partner with marketing, medical affairs, and market access to enhance customer engagement
- oversee budget planning and resource allocation
- 12-15+ years in commercial leadership within biotech or pharma, with oncology launch experience—preferably in precision or biomarker-driven therapies
- expertise in forecasting, field force effectiveness, CRM, analytics, and launch support
- proven leadership of cross-functional teams and operational planning
- experience with rare or biomarker-driven oncology therapies, international launch exposure, and market access development
- oncology, early-stage launch, commercial infrastructure building, cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and experience with biotech scale-up
