Program Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and collaborative Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive successful program execution from planning through delivery. In this role, you will coordinate stakeholders, align priorities, manage timelines, and help ensure programs are completed on time, within scope, and in support of business goals.

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple related projects within a broader program.
• Develop program plans, milestones, dependencies, and communication strategies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define goals, scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Support resource planning, prioritization, and alignment across teams.
• Track program budgets, timelines, and deliverables as needed.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to support decision-making.
• Help improve program processes, tools, and ways of working.

• Experience managing complex programs or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
• Comfort with tracking details while keeping sight of broader goals and outcomes.
• Experience using project or program management tools and reporting methods.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and build strong working relationships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: operations, technology, product, marketing, finance, or organizational change.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
• Professional certification in project or program management is a plus.

• Risks are identified early and managed effectively.
