Experience: Senior Level
Salary: $215,000 - $225,000 per year
Job Details- Lead/coordinate projects/teams, client/sub/vendor relationships/coordination, produce quality work that’s on schedule/profitable, resolve issues, prioritize/delegate tasks, and organize/track materials/resources
- Ensure project deadlines/efficiency, control job costs, project logs/docs/drawings, budgets, jobsite safety/codes, and scheduling
- 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent at a general contractor on ground-up luxury/custom home projects
- Excellent communication/leadership skills with ability the to successfully manage teams and high-end finishes
