Revolve Property Solutions is hiring an Estimator who can build multifamily renovation estimates from the ground up - not just update a template. You'll turn site walks, scopes, and drawings into accurate, competitive bids that our business development team takes to owners and property managers.
What you'll do- Build complete estimates for multifamily capex work: unit interiors, turns, amenity remodels, exterior and common-area projects
- Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings, scopes, and site walks
- Solicit, level, and compare subcontractor and supplier bids
- Develop labor, material, and equipment pricing; maintain unit-cost databases by market
- Write clear scope narratives, inclusions/exclusions, and assumptions
- Walk properties with business development and clients to confirm scope
- Hand off awarded jobs to operations with a budget the field can execute against
- Track bid results and refine pricing based on wins, losses, and job-cost actuals
- 3+ years estimating multifamily renovation or construction work
- Proven ability to build an estimate from scratch - takeoff through final proposal
- Strong Excel skills; experience with takeoff/estimating software (e.g., Plan Swift, Bluebeam, STACK, Pro Est)
- Knowledge of interior finish trades: flooring, cabinets, countertops, paint, fixtures, appliances
- Detail-oriented and able to turn bids around on tight deadlines
