CAVA is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee new restaurant buildouts from pre-lease through close-out. You will collaborate with Real Estate, Design, Operations and external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, while upholding CAVA standards.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering/construction, 5+ years in construction or PM (2+ years multi-site retail/restaurant builds), and proficiency with Procore or similar tools. US travel ~50% is required.
