• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Prepare and review project documents, including contracts, schedules, and budgets
• Assist with project reporting, tracking costs, and ensuring quality control
• Help manage project timelines and mitigate potential delays
• Participate in project meetings and site visits to monitor progress

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of multifamily construction processes and project management software
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and take initiative on tasks
