We create visually stunning, high‑impact experiences through full‑scale fabrication, curated event rental, and immersive event production.
About the RoleThe Project Coordinator works closely with the creative, production, and project management teams to ensure efficient workflows, accurate tracking, and seamless communication across all departments. This full‑time, in‑person position is located at our Headquarters in Upper Marlboro, MD, with occasional travel to client sites within the Washington, D.C. metro area and beyond.
CompensationBase pay range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year.

- Support design and production teams by tracking project deliverables, timelines, and budgetsзар для.
- Maintain internal systems for project tracking, documentation, and task management.
- Assist with gathering and organizing project collateral, ensuring all resources are up‑to‑date and accessible.
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain timelines, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.
- Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and ensure follow‑through across teams.
- Create and organize design and installation paperwork.
- Attend on‑site installations as needed to provide support and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify areas for process improvements and assist in implementing new systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in event production, project coordination, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy and accountability.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana, Smartsheet) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with logistics, scheduling, and procurement.
- Team‑oriented with a proactive attitude and problem‑solving mindset.
- Familiarity with event production is beneficial but not required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Design, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
- Familiarity with event production and operations is a plus.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Must be available to meet the demands of peak seasons (Spring and Fall) which require increased hours beyond a standard work week.
