Role Description

This full-time, on-site Producer and Studio Assistant role will support daily operations in our Washington DC-Baltimore area studio. Responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, assisting in the production of creative assets, managing client communication, and supporting the day-to-day workflow of branding, marketing, and design projects. The role will also involve administrative tasks, research, calendar management, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining the studio's high standards of quality and storytelling.

Qualifications
  • Project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage timelines and deliverables efficiently
  • Experience in branding, creative direction, and visual identity development
  • Strong writing, research, and content development capabilities
  • Proficiency in design and marketing tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, content management systems, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client collaborations and studio operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-touch environment with a focus on detail and precision
  • Prior experience in luxury branding, marketing, or design is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
