A top producing retail team in Marcus & Millichap's D.C. office is seeking a talented, creative Graphic Designer with retail commercial real estate experience. The individual will be responsible for creating marketing materials and creative assistance that provide value to their business. The ideal candidate should thrive in fast paced environment, and love commercial real estate.

This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly), in-office position – however, hybrid candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members in assembly of compelling visual concepts and design strategies that align with the team's branding and messaging.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a wide range of design projects: pitch decks, presentations, and digital assets.
  • Translate complex real estate concepts and data into visually engaging and easy-to-understand graphics.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in graphic design, commercial real estate, and marketing to ensure our materials remain fresh, innovative, and competitive.
Qualifications
  • Optional-2+ years graphic design and marketing experience with at least one year in commercial real estate oriented graphic design.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices including social media and specialized branding
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, preferably within commercial real estate or a related industry.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative spirit, who thrives in a dynamic, cross-functional setting.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Able to work under pressure, multi-task and meet critical deadlines
