• Establish, retain, and deepen relationships with new and existing clients.
• Provide quality service to internal and external clients through effective written and verbal communication.
• Process teller transactions and balance cash accurately and efficiently.
• Resolve basic service issues while referring more complex requests to appropriate colleagues or departments.
• Maintain a working knowledge of bank products and services and the platform and teller systems.
• Proactively and reactively contact clients to identify additional banking needs to strengthen relationships and meet cross‑sell goals.
• Serve as main point of contact for client problem resolution.
• Comply with policies, procedures, rules, and regulations, and complete training requirements as warranted.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of cash handling experience.
• 2 years of Platform/Opening/Servicing/Closing Accounts or equivalent internal Eagle Bank branch banking.
• Knowledge of Platform and Teller system.
• Exhibits professionalism with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of deposit products and services.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office products.

The minimum projected hourly pay for this position is $20.05 to $28.26. The minimum projected annualized salary for this position is $20.04 to $28.26. This position is 100% on‑site.
