Overview

  • Serve as a liaison between participants, beneficiaries, and departments, ensuring respectful and efficient communication.
  • Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Assist in clerical functions, maintaining accurate benefit application and census data.
  • Contribute to timely processing of benefit applications and payment data management.
  • Support the department's mission by performing additional duties as required.
  • Work onsite Monday through Friday, adhering to a 35-hour workweek schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Handle incoming calls, providing courteous and efficient service to participants and beneficiaries.
  • Research and resolve inquiries, delivering responses verbally or in writing as needed.
  • Monitor and maintain benefit application data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Perform data entry tasks and maintain participant and beneficiary records.
  • Provide translation services in Spanish for written and verbal communications.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Job Requirements
  • Associate's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
