Overview
- Serve as a liaison between participants, beneficiaries, and departments, ensuring respectful and efficient communication.
- Provide bilingual support in Spanish and English, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Assist in clerical functions, maintaining accurate benefit application and census data.
- Contribute to timely processing of benefit applications and payment data management.
- Support the department's mission by performing additional duties as required.
- Work onsite Monday through Friday, adhering to a 35-hour workweek schedule.

- Handle incoming calls, providing courteous and efficient service to participants and beneficiaries.
- Research and resolve inquiries, delivering responses verbally or in writing as needed.
- Monitor and maintain benefit application data, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain participant and beneficiary records.
- Provide translation services in Spanish for written and verbal communications.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English, with strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a team environment.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
