- Tacoma International Airport At Pacific Aviation, we take pride in delivering exceptional service to some of the world’s finest airlines. As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth airport journey for passengers from check-in to takeoff.

• Check-In Duties:
  Assist passengers with check-in, process travel documents, and ensure baggage is properly tagged.
• Boarding & Departures:
  Provide important flight information, make boarding announcements, and verify passenger documentation.
• Problem Solving:
  Address passenger inquiries, assist with ticketing concerns, and de-escalate situations with professionalism and empathy.
• Safety & Security:
  Follow strict airport safety and security protocols to ensure compliance at all times.

  Work closely with your team to create a seamless airport experience for travelers.

• Must be available
• weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work a 4 to 5 hour shift - 4 or 5 days a week
• STARLUX
  
  Shifts:
  
  7:00PM - 11:30PM - $2.00 additional per hour late night shift pay after 8PM once probation is successfully completed.
• China Airline shifts: 9:00PM - 1:30AM - $2.00 additional per hour late night shift pay once probation is successfully completed.
• Shifts may change due to operational needs.
