• Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or via email in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer questions, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information about products or services
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates as needed
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet department service goals and standards
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and elevate concerns appropriately
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery

• 1+ year of customer service experience in retail, office, or service industry preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Patient, empathetic, and solution-focused approach to customer interactions
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency including email and data entry
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Bilingual skills a plus but not required
