• Skilled in HR functions, including hiring, onboarding, and coaching

• Familiar with dental, pediatric, orthodontic, or airway-focused care (a big plus!)

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee daily business operations across both pediatric and orthodontic departments

• Manage financial health, including budgeting, overhead, and vendor relations

• Lead HR and personnel operations—hiring, onboarding, performance management

• Monitor and drive KPI performance for clinical and administrative teams

• Implement and optimize systems and workflows tailored to pediatric, ortho, and airway care

• Support the clinical leadership team, helping align team performance with strategic goals

• Coordinate scheduling and team planning to meet production and growth targets

• Collaborate with the Doctor/CEO on long-term strategy, business planning, and expansion

• Participate in treatment planning, including understanding care models related to growth and development, airway, and orthodontics

• Serve as a bridge between the administrative and clinical teams to support whole-child health outcomes
