Painless Root Canal Specialists is seeking an experienced and motivated Floating Endodontic Dental Assistant to support our three leading DC-area practices. This role offers variety, stability, and an exceptional work‑life balance within a highly professional, team-focused environment.

You will provide clinical support to our endodontists across multiple locations, ensuring efficient procedures, excellent patient care, and seamless daily operations. This role is ideal for a flexible, detail-oriented assistant who enjoys working in a specialty setting.

• Assist during root canal and specialty endodontic procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take and process dental radiographs
• Support patient comfort and education
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Travel between assigned locations as scheduled

• Dental assisting experience required (endodontic preferred)
• Current DC dental assistant certification/licensure
• X‑ray certification required
• Strong communication, organization, and patient‑care skills
• Reliable and flexible for floating between locations
