Product Designer

Job Description:

Requirement/Must Have:

• Design portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design with a focus on solving real user problems.
• Six or more years of professional experience as a Product Designer for direct-to-consumer applications.
• Extensive experience in responsive web-based design and delivery.
• Mastery of Figma including design systems, design kits, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

• Six plus years of experience as a Product Designer working on digital consumer products.

• Lead and execute all phases of the design process from concept through implementation.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Plan and conduct user research and gather qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with product and business goals.
• Apply best practices and design processes to solve complex design problems.
• Proactively identify and propose thoughtful design solutions.
• Review and provide direction to junior designers when required.

• Experience with video, audio, or streaming platforms.

• User experience design.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
