• Bachelor's Degree required. Preference for Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field of study
• Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher
• At least one relevant internship experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional documentation and organizational skills
• Aptitude for solving problems
• Reliable transportation from the office to job-sites
