  • Demolition of the existing chancery and temporary annex buildings
  • Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR)
  • Shop Facilities
  • Utility Building
  • Waste Treatment Facility
  • Recreation Facilities
• Minimum commitment of 1 year; up to 24 months available
• Housing and transportation allowances provided
• Uplift includes 10% of base salary
• Full benefits (medical, dental, vision, 30 days paid time off per year, paid round trip flights home)

Position Description

• Provide NEC project with full range of critical engineering, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight.
• Perform technical inspections of civil and structural work, monitoring the construction contractor's quality control program.
• Review project drawings to ensure compliance.
• Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
• Monitor construction progress relative to project schedule and submit weekly progress reports with recommendations based on technical review of project documents and field inspections.

Requirements

• US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
• US Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent) or current US PE license (substitutes for degree)
• 7 years construction experience
• ABET accredited international degree accepted in lieu of US Bachelor’s or US PE
