Addison Group is seeking an AV Engineer to lead the stabilization and upgrade of multiple conference rooms. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivering reliable, modern AV experiences across the organization.

• Upgrade and stabilize existing conference rooms
• Deploy and configure Zoom-enabled AV systems
• Install and integrate Yealink hardware and Dten displays
• Troubleshoot and resolve persistent AV issues
• Ensure real-time monitoring and alerting systems are in place
• Collaborate with Network Engineers and Systems Engineers to ensure seamless integration

• Minimum 3 years of experience in AV engineering
• Proven track record in building and stabilizing conference room solutions
• Strong understanding of Zoom Room architecture and AV hardware integration
  
  Experience with Yealink and Dten devices
• Familiarity with real-time monitoring and alerting tools
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interface with technical teams
