The ideal candidate will monitor subcontract deliverables, evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, and provide data-driven insights to program management and leadership. In this position, you will:

* Play a key role in ensuring subcontractors deliver on schedule, within scope, and to FAA standards, while supporting accountability and continuous improvement across the supply base.

* Monitor subcontractor performance against contract terms, milestones, SLAs, and KPIs.

* Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

* Prepare performance scorecards, dashboards, and reports for FAA leadership and program teams.

* Collaborate with Contracts, Procurement, and Program Management to resolve performance issues.

* Ensure subcontractor compliance with FAA, federal, and contractual requirements.

* Participate in subcontractor reviews, audits, and performance evaluation meetings.

* Support development of corrective action plans (CAPs) for underperforming subcontractors.

* Maintain accurate records, metrics, and documentation to support contract compliance.

* Contribute to subcontractor selection, evaluation, and risk assessments.

* Provide recommendations for process improvements in subcontract performance management.

* Experience supporting subcontractor audits, reviews, or performance evaluations.

* Experience preparing audit-ready performance documentation.

* Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, subcontractors, and leadership stakeholders.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

* U.S. Citizenship Required.

* Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.

* Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience or Masters degree and 6 years or Associate's degree and 10 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 12 years experience.

* Experience in subcontract management and performance analysis.

* Strong knowledge of contract compliance and performance evaluation methodologies.

* Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

* Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations (FAR) requirements.

* Experience with ERP or contract management systems.

* Knowledge of risk management principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Exposure to FAA programs or NAS systems.

* Familiarity with FAA systems, air traffic control environments, or federal modernization programs.

* Background in aviation, aerospace, or other mission-critical subcontractor performance environments.

* Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.

* Professional certifications such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), PMP, or CPCM (Certified Professional Contracts Manager).
