You will interpret engineering drawings using CATIA/Solid Works/AutoCAD and lead root-cause analysis for process issues. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to drive cost, schedule, and quality improvements, while mentoring production personnel and supporting new product introductions.
