Role Overview
We're looking for a BAS Controls Service Assistant Project Manager in the Seattle area to help run building automation service projects from planning to closeout.
Impact- Deliver service projects on time and on budget for clients who notice.
- Keep engineers and technicians pulling in the same direction.
- Catch problems early so nobody is surprised late.
- Assist with managing and executing BAS service projects.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams on requirements.
- Create and update control diagrams, floor plans, and layouts in AutoCAD and Visio.
- Track progress, flag risks, and help resolve them.
- Help prepare schedules, budgets, and reports.
- Support integrations across Tridium Niagara, ALC, Alerton, and Metasys.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Three or more years in BAS controls.
- Working knowledge of BACnet and DDC.
- AutoCAD and Visio skills.
- Service-side experience with existing buildings.
- Niagara certification.
