We are representing a globally recognized mid‑market investment bank in their search to hire an Investment Banking Senior Analyst or Associate to join their Global Industrials Group in Washington DC. This hire will work specifically with the ADG sub‑sector within the Global Industrials Group, working alongside an elite team of senior bankers to execute M&A transactions across Aerospace, Defense, and Government Technology & Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute mid‑market sell‑side M&A transactions, primarily across the distribution space.

• Support senior bankers in deal origination, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and client presentations.

• Collaborate closely with MDs and VPs to drive transaction execution and client engagement.

• Contribute to pitch development and sector research within the broader industrials vertical.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of investment banking experience with significant M&A deal exposure from a reputable platform;

• Strong technical skills in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
