The Commercial Credit Analyst II reports to the Senior Credit Officer and manages a portfolio of commercial loans, including underwriting, risk rating, and portfolio metrics. The role supports portfolio metrics, CECL methodology, and provides senior subject‑matter expertise.

• Portfolio Management:
  Monitor and analyze commercial loan portfolio, perform risk rating assessments, and develop collection strategies.
• Credit Support and Underwriting:
  Analyze financial information, assess collateral, prepare coverage presentations, and assist with CECL implementation.
• Leadership:
  Foster a high morale environment, contribute to departmental goal development, and provide best‑in‑class customer service.

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of commercial credit underwriting and analysis experience; 4+ years of portfolio management and customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field (or substituted experience).
• Formal or in‑house credit training completed.

• Experience structuring and pricing loan transactions.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and bank core systems (FIS, FiServ).
• Strong supervisory experience and attention to detail.
• Understanding of commercial, construction, and real estate loan underwriting.
• Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations.
