V2X is seeking Program and Project Management professionals to provide Facilities and Technical support to our government customer in the DC Metro area and potential for worldwide travel. Candidates for these roles must be highly qualified, possess an active Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret level Security Clearance (minimum), and demonstrate commitment to ensuring safe, reliable, and resilient facilities as well as a superior service experience for all agency employees.

The Program Manager monitors and reports status, and provides financial management activities such as budget planning, formulation, and execution. Provides project advice in analyzing ongoing and future program funding needs, and guidance on financial issues. A Non‑Disclosure Agreement is required for Financial Analyst / Audit Support.

Performance of this contract includes worldwide travel including the USCENTCOM AOR and other locations as required for the tasks directly related to this scope. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Security Clearance

Minimum DoD Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting DIA's Office of Facilities Financial Statement Audit and Internal Controls program.
  • Analyze project and financial data to ensure compliance with documented directives, instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and complete to support asset valuation and financial reporting.
  • Assist in developing and monitoring corrective action plans to remediate control deficiencies.
  • Track process improvement activities to define dependencies (e.g., systems), links to internal controls, and resource dependencies, and support the development of reporting metrics. With assistance from subject doable experts, determine if solutions or process improvements are implemented.
  • Experience in constructing Financial Asset Valuation for capital and expense projects / assets.
  • Work with facility condition assessors to accurately capture cost and replacement information in ARCHIBUS, the agency's computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) of record.
  • Work with the ARCHIBUS team to help develop / automate the agency CMMS to enable funds tracking and prioritization.
