Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
Work Day: Monday – Friday
Aalis is seeking a Senior Budget and Financial Analyst to lead advanced budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities for a Federal agency. This role supports senior leadership through financial analysis and executive-level reporting.
- Lead budget formulation, execution, and forecast planning
Prepare and analyze budget, forecast, and variance reports
Review monthly accounting data to enforce expenditure controls
Create and maintain accruals within financial systems
Ensure compliance with government standards and accounting principles
Evaluate policies, procedures, and financial controls
Develop and present financial briefings for senior leadership
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Master's degree preferred
5–8 years of progressive budget or financial analysis experience
