Student One Causal Networks is a deep tech Enumeration as a service ,AI-native quantitative research company building deterministic, compliance-first statistical research products for institutional finance. Our work sits close to global capital markets, regulatory frameworks, and institutional clients.

We already work with a legal advisor from Leiden University (EU law) and are now expanding our international legal advisory bench as we scale toward market entry.

We are looking for a senior legal advisor with direct exposure to U.S. financial regulation and institutional finance. This is an advisory role focused on structure, compliance positioning, and regulatory risk awareness—not day-to-day legal operations.

• Prior experience with U.S. securities regulation (SEC exposure strongly preferred)
• Experience working with or advising financial institutions, trading firms, HFT desks, or quantitative research organizations
• Strong understanding of cross-border regulatory considerations (US–EU–India a plus)
• Comfortable operating in early‑stage, fast‑moving environments
• Able to think strategically about compliance, positioning, and regulatory optics

• Equity-only at this stage
• 0.5% – 1% equity available immediately, depending on experience and scope of involvement
• This is a founding-level advisory opportunity; cash compensation will be revisited post‑funding or revenue milestones
• Availability and responsiveness matter — we are moving quickly
• Advisory role with real influence on company direction and governance
• Periodic involvement, not a full‑time operational role
