Sr Accounts Payable Specialist

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of invoices from approved suppliers
• Address complex invoice issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions
• Process a high volume of invoices for payment and verify vendor accounts
• Provide seamless customer service to all internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with team members to review accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or a related field
• Strong understanding of the Procure to Pay process
• Ability to leverage software such as Microsoft Office, SAP, or a comparable ERP tool
• Associate degree preferred, or equivalent related experience or training
• Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

• Experience in mentoring and developing team members
• Ability to work independently and as a team player
• Proven track record of driving departmental KPIs
• Familiarity with SOX Controls and compliance requirements
• Experience in analytics and reporting for financial preparations
