Kutak Rock LLP seeks an experienced attorney to join the firm’s Tax Credit Finance practice. This role provides the ability to build knowledge and skills with a variety of transactional matters, including tax, energy, debt, and equity financing and real estate matters, while working closely with experienced partners. Ideal candidates are interested in joining a growing transactional practice covering deals across the country involving partnerships and corporations, tax and tax credits, real estate, and secured lending and equity finance.
Salary Range: $180,000-$300,000+ base salary, per year. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including experience, office location, originations, and portable book of business.
